Do I have to have a resume before I start?
Yes, we prefer that you have a resume, even if you’ve written your own. It will be needed to apply for the specific Amazon opportunity that we are working on, although the program does have a resume writing element built-in if you are chosen to participate, so you’ll have a chance to refine it. 

How long will it take to get hired once I complete the program?
Most of our candidates who successfully complete our programs and stay on course with our recommended actions and strategies end up finding a job within 1-6 months of completion.

Once you have successfully completed the program, you will be introduced to the hiring team. At that point, formal interviewing begins. The outcome will depend on how well you are able to articulate your value proposition, build chemistry, and execute what you’ve learned in the program. Some of our clients get an offer within 5-10 days of interviewing, however, it is impossible to say for sure since there are so many factors that can determine the outcome.

What types of jobs does this program apply to?
Amazon gives us specific opportunities to fill, thus, the positions that we manage for them are specific opportunities that we have immediate needs for.
